New Balance x NYC Marathon

New Balance // New York City, NY

Mile 16 at the NY Marathon is notorious for where runners start to drop out of the race. Our task was to create an environment that uplifted the runners and gave them the will to press on. We teamed up with a local drum line/ marching band to keep the runners excited throughout the day and distributed posters and foam sneakers to the crowd with motivational sayings to cheer on the runners. Custom New Balance tracksuits and hats along with custom branding on drums and snares for the band completed the look and was a huge success. The drum line played and cheered for over 100,000 runners and countless sightseers.
