As a bold counterpoint to the Met Gala, tequila brand Hornitos created the Mex Gala—a Cinco de Mayo celebration designed to be inclusive and community-first. At The Supply House, a full facade inspired by Mexican architecture set the stage alongside a custom “serape” carpet, neon signage, and branded step-and-repeat. DJ Saige energized the crowd while actor and comedian Keyla Monterroso Mejia helped amplify reach. Inside, guests enjoyed tacos, chips, and salsa paired with signature Hornitos cocktails, including Margaritas, Palomas, and Ranch Waters.

The celebration extended nationally through Mex Gala kits and a branded Spotify playlist, turning the event into both a live and digital movement.
